1. Before beginning the painting process, protective plastic and drop sheets are widely used to prevent any damages to the clients property such as dust and paint splatters.
2. Depending on the condition of the interior (e.g. humidity levels and the possibility of paint corrosion), a suitable type of paint is selected and then applied.
3. To conclude the job, the entire premise is double-checked and thoroughly cleaned.
Exterior Painting
1. Where necessary, a high pressure water gun is used to clean any contamination or dirt that would interfere with the painting process. In the case where cleaning is not required prior to starting the painting process, an additional cleaning fee will not be charged.
2. In preparation for exterior painting jobs, appropriate weather-proof paint material is used to withstand unforeseen weather conditions.
3.To conclude the job, the outer premises are double-checked and thoroughly cleaned
Drywall Repairs
Drywalling begins with accurate measurements, cuts and fitting for a proper installation on walls and ceilings. We then position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists. Afterwards, we cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners. Lastly, filling joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and a broad knife will conclude the process.
Roof Painting and Cleaning
1. A high pressure water gun is used to clean any contamination or dirt off the roof tiles, gutters etc.. that would interfere with the painting process.
2. Tile specific primer and a finishing coat are applied to finalize the job.
